Steven A. Noroian

 After more than three decades in the investment management business, Steve Noroian believes the investment team concept, driven by quality in-house fundamental research, can ensure long-term investment success. On March 17, 1986, he founded Noroian Capital Management based on that principle. Steve began his investment career in 1964 at Crocker National Bank where he had direct investment responsibilities for tax-exempt institutional assets, including Crocker’s pension plan. In 1972, he joined Sutro Capital Management, a division of Sutro & Co. Subsequently, he was Chief Investment Officer of Vestaur-San Francisco, First Pennsylvania Bank’s West Coast institutional and private money management division. Steve is a member of the CFA Institute and CFA Society of San Francisco.

Debbie Mitchell provides fundamental research on suitable investment candidates. She also monitors companies in the investment portfolio, as well as overall investment recommendations. Her career path began in the fields of psychology and social work, focusing on individual/group perception and behavior. After working for several years with the State of Georgia, Debbie came to Noroian Capital Management in 1997. She composes our monthly client portfolio review newsletter. Debbie holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation, and is a member of the CFA Institute and the CFA Society of San Francisco.

Michael H. McNeill

 Mike McNeill brings more than 25 years of investment and business experience to the firm. He began his investment career in the 1960s as an institutional broker and trader with E. F. Hutton and with Davis Skaggs & Co. Prior to joining the firm, he had pursued an entrepreneurial path in the investment software business. Mike has been a speaker at various seminars and a featured guest on radio and television programs. He has been with Noroian Capital Management in his present position since 1989.
